The client is a metalworking company that manufactures components for the industrial and engineering sectors using modern CNC machines. The company is constantly investing in automation and digital solutions to increase production efficiency and ensure the highest quality at every stage of production

As production volumes grew, the client needed to track CNC machine tool performance data more accurately and quickly. The existing data aggregation system was not stable enough, lacked real-time reporting and efficient data processing. The biggest challenges were optimizing database performance, data migration, and ensuring reliable report generation.

NOTAS IT team performed a technical update of the system – migrated the database from SQL Server to MySQL, optimized performance and adapted the system for real-time data processing. Data flows between CNC machines and reporting modules were reorganized, ensuring smooth information transfer and accurate results.

The updated CNC component accounting system allows the client to generate individual reports in real time and manage production processes more efficiently. Data migration and optimization have increased system stability and reduced data processing time. The customer can now respond faster to production changes and make decisions based on more accurate analytics.
