PPVIS

PPVIS is a system of the Chancellery of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, designed to manage funds allocated for state projects and coordinate their implementation. This platform helps public sector institutions plan, administer and monitor projects more effectively, ensuring transparency and traceability of processes.

The existing system consisted of several subsystems – the main management part, the Jira work scheduling module, and the Atlassian Crowd single sign-on solution. The client required constant maintenance and development to improve the infrastructure, ensure smooth operation of the system, and adapt it to new user needs.

NOTAS IT team carried out maintenance and development work of the PPVIS system. During the project, a detailed analysis of user needs was performed, documentation was updated, infrastructure was optimized, and system architecture was modernized. Much attention was paid to the convenience, performance, and security of the system, while maintaining stable integration between several subsystems.

The updated system operates more smoothly and reliably, allowing project progress to be managed on a single centralized platform. User convenience, speed, and administration capabilities have been improved. NOTAS IT solutions have helped ensure more efficient state project management and created conditions for further system development according to the needs of the public sector.
