The client is a toy trading company that operates online stores and cooperates with numerous suppliers across Europe. The company's goal is to ensure fast and smooth delivery of goods, accurate inventory accounting, and automated product information updates on e-commerce platforms.

As the number of suppliers and product volumes increased, the need arose to centrally manage all partners' data. The client needed a system that could automatically collect, process, and synchronize supplier information with PrestaShop stores. The most important challenges were unification of data formats, reliable update schedules, and system stability with large data flows.

NOTAS IT team has created and is developing PoliPro Supplier Management system, which allows integrating data from multiple suppliers into one centralized solution. The system automatically collects, processes and converts information provided by suppliers, and the prepared data is periodically uploaded to PrestaShop websites.
