Coupon Management System

The project was implemented in cooperation with the largest crossword and logic puzzle company in Lithuania. This company organizes competitions and publications that attract thousands of puzzle lovers across the country.

The client needed a convenient and reliable system that would allow not only to manage coupon accounting, but also to fairly select weekly contest winners. Great attention was paid to data accuracy, automation, and the ability to analyze participant engagement.

NOTAS IT team created a modern contest management system that allows to administer coupon data, monitor reader activity and automatically select winners according to defined rules. Also, care was taken to ensure the reliability and constant support of the system, in order to ensure stable operation even during peak Loads.

The developed system simplified the contest management processes, reduced the need for manual work and ensured a transparent, fast and efficient winner selection process. The client can now monitor user engagement trends and make data-driven decisions for future contests.
