Dental clinic network management system

The project was implemented in one of the largest dental networks in Lithuania, uniting dozens of clinics and dental specialists. The organization's goal is to use technology to digitize company processes, reduce administrative burden, and ensure higher quality patient service.

Clinics faced the need to centralize internal processes and connect several separate systems into one – from patient registration to treatment planning and billing. There was The aim is to create an intuitive, reliable and fully integrated system that meets the needs of both patients and staff.

The NOTAS IT team has created a comprehensive dental company management system, which implements functions such as: – patient registration and SMS reminders about visits; – printing and layout of patient and implant cards; – assigning patients to doctors; – pricing and accounting of working hours. All processes are integrated into one convenient environment, ensuring quick access to information and efficient work organization.

The system implementation allowed to automate daily processes of clinics, reduce the amount of manual work and improve the quality of patient service. The client can now centrally manage the activities of the entire network and make data-driven decisions.
